According to the SCRUM guide, the Product Owner has a lot of responsibilities. To do good in all of those, let alone excel in them will be tough. So, we have the feeling that we are burning out the Product Owners. You might want to do it all and feel the world’s weight on your shoulders. Or you might not get the full mandate and only end up with the headaches of all the responsibility. How do product owners accomplish significant ownership and thrive in the environment?<\/p>\n

The essence of the role is simple but getting all circumstances in such a way that you end up with a nourishing environment might not always be in your circle of influence. Thus, understanding a role and doing it are two very different things.<\/p>\n
