What would you do
As a Business Analyst, you talk to the various stakeholders within an organization. You thoroughly map the current work processes. Together with the project teams, you brainstorm on how you can optimize the existing processes. You have an eye for small improvements that positively influence the bigger picture. You check this progress with the company strategy. On top of that, you scan the quick wins and the optimizations that require more time, budget, and effort.
As a Proxy Product Owner, you are the go-to person for the substantive value of the product. You collect business requirements for the product backlog. Understanding the project vision of the organization is important to convert this into user stories. Finally, drawing up and managing the product backlog is also one of your tasks. You assign the corresponding business values and priorities. You also identify and signal the dependencies of the product to be built.
Who you are
A great communicator! You are comfortable talking and listening to all levels of the organization. You quickly learn to understand what the business is all about. Writing down this information is one of your great qualities. When it’s hectic you keep your head cool, you know how to set priorities. You are not afraid of challenging and managing your stakeholders. On the contrary, you see it as a challenge to understand and convince them. Our agile approach to projects makes you a chill and flexible person.
