Our theme, “AI through the Eyes of a Business Analyst,” sets the stage for an interactive, explorative session where we’ll iterate together on how AI is transforming our landscape.

We’ll kick off with a high-level overview of AI, covering the fundamentals and latest trends that are shaking up the tech world. Whether you’re just starting your AI journey or have some experience under your belt, this session will help you align on the current state of AI. Then, we’ll sprint into exploring how AI can enhance decision-making, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver real value to our work.

While our focus will be on the role of the Business Analyst, this discussion is inclusive of Product Owners, Project Managers, IT leaders, and anyone interested in how AI can be leveraged in Agile teams.

But let’s keep it real. We’ll also address the complexities, like how Agile teams might need to adapt as AI becomes more integrated, and the implications for decision-making processes. We’ll explore critical issues around AI safety and ethics, including bias, data security, and ensuring responsible AI implementation as we iterate through our projects.
