PRODUCT OWNER UNLEASHED TRAINING

We are happy to announce our 2025 edition of the Product Owner Unleashed training. Welcome! Let us provide you with a strong insight into a Product Owner’s responsibilities, tools, and skill set. After completing this training, you will be ready for your certification.
Together, we dive deeper into the specific tasks of the Product Owner. Through theory, practice, discussions, and debates, you will learn all about this role in teams and within the organization.
You will also discover how a Product Owner (PO) helps set the direction using analytical skills and business knowledge. This includes how to draft and share the vision and requirements, and support the team throughout the entire process of product development. This goes from drafting a definition of done to the delivery of the final product.
Target Audience and Course Goal
Our training is designed for anyone looking for a practical, hands-on certification training course: Business Unit Managers, Product Managers, Project Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Team Leaders, etc.
Prior experience working in an Agile environment is a big plus, but not necessary. A SCRUM certificate or any other relevant Agile fundamentals training helps a lot, but again, not a dealbreaker.
After completing our Product Owner Unleashed training, you’ll know the ins & outs of what a Product Owner does. You will learn how to go from vaguely shared requirements to a fully developed and accepted backlog of requirements. On top of that, you will master the key metrics of a Product Owner and how to manage them. Finally, you will discover the responsibilities and tasks of a PO and how effectively Product Owners manage changing requirements.
We share all our tips & tricks that will help you in your work as a Product Owner!
