Our goal
Throughout the course, you will learn how to build and support Agile Release Trains. On top of that, we will show you how to coordinate large solutions, empower Lean Portfolio Management, and lead the Lean-Agile transformation journey. You will delve into essential SAFe® concepts such as Lean-Agile leadership and Agile product delivery. While also mastering the tools needed to align strategy and execution.
By the end of the training, we will have you prepared to take the SAFe® Agilist certification exam, validating your ability to lead change and drive competitive advantage in your organization. Whether you want to scale Agile practices across your teams or streamline operations to deliver value faster via SAFe values stream management, this course provides the foundation and insights to make it happen.
